Shipping

All original paintings are hand painted on raw cotton canvas. Please allow 1–2 weeks for dispatch.

Canada:

■ Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 CAD

International:

■ Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $50 CAD

Packaging:

■ All original paintings are shipped unframed and carefully in a protective mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

International Orders:
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes

Please note:

■ Delivery costs do not cover customs charges
■ By law, we must declare the exact value of all items
■ For queries regarding taxes or duties, please contact your local customs office directly

refund Policy

Each painting is a one of a kind and hand made; a limited edition, with love and care. For this reason we cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as I do not hold stock. Please be sure to read the description and sizes carefully before ordering.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact Mehak (at) hello@mehaksmakhija.com. Please send through some photos along with your order number and we will make sure your new artwork arrives as quickly as possible.

If the product has arrived faulty for any reason please take photos of:

■ The mailer

■ The shipping label on the box

■ The damage to the artwork
